Our staff are fully committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment for you and your children, we take the utmost pride in providing the best possible care for your children ensuring that their needs are met.

We are fully committed to safeguarding the children in our care. All our staff have enhanced DBS checks completed before commencing their employment with us, this is checked annually to ensure continued suitability to work with children.

Our staff team is made up of experienced and qualified practitioners, as a minimum all staff receive safeguard training including FGM and Prevent Duty, all staff are also Paediatric First Aid trained and complete Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) yearly.

Here at Kool Kids, we believe that continued professional development is of the highest importance to both the staff and children, our staff undertake regular and extensive training courses to ensure they have the most up to date knowledge and skills to enable them to support the development of all our children.
